Try our product in your home for 30 days risk free. Invite your friends over to see what they think, hang it in different rooms. If you are not completely satisfied just return the picture for a full refund with no questions asked. We are that confident that you will love the beauty and quality of our products. Our goal is your satisfaction. Enjoy!

Return policy:

We will accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date with the original receipt for any reason as long as the product is in its original condition (that means in the condition you received it in). The amount of the refund will be the cost of the picture not including any shipping and handling.

If the picture is returned with any damage to it (other than from workmanship), the amount of the return will be the difference in the cost to repair it back to it's original condition and the original cost plus a $25 repair fee.

Resale policy:

The resale or duplication in any way of any of the products sold through this web site is strictly forbidden without first getting written permission from the owner of said web site. If you would like to purchase multiple copies of a particular picture all of the same size, profile and color for resale (minimum 50 pictures or more) we will offer a 20% discount off the original price. This offer not valid with sale items. To obtain permission you may contact us through the "Contact us" link.

Guarantee of Workmanship:

Our products are made to the highest quality that we can make them to bring you a long lasting and durable product that will last for many years. Every picture that we sell goes through a strict quality control inspection so as to meet the expectations of our customers. If you have a problem with the workmanship of the product within a one year period please let us know so that we can correct the problem at no cost to you. You must supply Babbling Brook Photography in writing with an exact description of the problem shipped along with the entire picture and frame to Babbling Brook Photography, PO box 246, Greenville NH. 03048-0246 and it will be at the sole discretion of Babbling Brook Photography as how to resolve the problem, whether it is to replace the entire picture or just the portion with the damage. Babbling Brook Photography will not be responsible for abuse, neglect, accident etc... This guarantee only covers the workmanship of our products. You the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred for shipping the product back to us.

Shipping:

Your product will be shipped within a 2 to 4 week period from the time we receive your order. Depending on our backlog, orders may be shipped sooner. Orders will not be shipped to hotels, motels, resorts, P.O. Boxes, etc.

So, we have decided that under no circumstance shall your personal information or any information about you be given out for any reason (except legal) to anybody at any time.
